robolink® RL-DCi - complete multi-axis articulated robot module with four degrees of freedom, with integrated control system at the base
The robolink® DCi articulated arm robots can be used individually and flexibly. With four degrees of freedom and a control system integrated in the base, the robolink® DCi is designed for precision requirements of 0.5mm with a load of up to 1kg - and it does that with a total weight of just 11kg. Typically, this kind of articulated arm robot is used with cycle times of > 7s. The robot is available in black as standard. The robolink® robotic components consist largely of tribologically optimised plastics. This enables high cost savings while maintaining a long service life and freedom from maintenance.

Robot control system for an easy entry into automation
The robolink® DCi is compatible with igus® igus® Robot Control. The igus® Robot Control enables a simple and intuitive system for robot control and programming. 
The free-of-charge, licence-free igus® igus® Robot control software is integrated into the control system and thus makes use of a uniform operating concept and consistent communication services for many components of a system. This entails less project planning effort and faster commissioning.
